    Voluntary Benefits Information
Aflac insurance plans will be available during your enrollment, November 1 through November 16, 2018. It is important that if your intent is to enroll, you do so during this time frame,  as we are unable to accept late applications. This is not an open enrollment for medical benefits.

You will be receiving, through inter-office mail, more detailed information regarding this open enrollment.  In addition, AFLAC will be sending a letter to your home address. For additional information, visit  or contact Lisa Magrowski at 484-258-7023.
