  • School uniforms will be OPTIONAL for the 2022-2023 school year. They will NOT be required.

Dress Code

  • Students who choose not to wear school uniforms will be expected to follow мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø's Dress Code.

    The School Dress & Grooming Policy (Policy 221) helps create a positive educational environment; sets standards for safety, health and decency; fosters a greater sense of school identity and belonging; encourages positive student behavior; and focuses on academic excellence. The administration reserves the right to address individual instances that violate standards for safety, security, and appropriateness. The policy extends to sporting events, dances, assemblies, and other school activities.


    Appropriate clothing includes clothing that is:

    1. Sized appropriately for the individual.
    2. Appropriate for the weather. 
    3. Appropriate for the student's activity (i.e. physical education)
    4. Reasonably modest and covers the body well.
    5. Does not create a health or safety hazard.

    Prohibited items include clothing with:

    1. Items that obscure identification (i.e. hoodies, masks, shades) 
    2. Obscene or double-meaning words, messages, or pictures
    3. References to alcohol, tobacco products or any illegal drug
    4. Lewd graphics or sexual comments
    5. Gang related symbols, images or words
    6. Symbols or words advocating violent or illegal activities
    7. Derogatory images or comments regarding identity, such as race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, immigration status, disability, native language, etc.
