2023-24 Budget Information

May 24, 2023 Board Meeting

  • The school board held a budget presentation during its meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.

    The preliminary budget totals $428,030,305. The preliminary budget does not include a tax increase, and no proposed cuts in staff, services, or programs exist.
     
    Members voted 6-0 during the meeting to approve the preliminary budget. Members Leo Martinez and Ashley Jones were absent from the meeting.

    Next Steps:

    1. The school board and district administration will continue to discuss the budget numbers.

    2. The board will vote on the final budget on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
