Register/Enroll for School

  • We are excited that your child will be enrolling in мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø! To ease this process, please read the following tips.

    Determine your school:

    Have these items ready to begin enrollment:
      • Birth certificate
        Baptismal certificates, hospital certificates and passports are also accepted.

      • Proof of residence
        If you do not have a lease/rental agreement, mortgage, lease or utility bill in your name, you must provide us with a notarized proof of residency form upon enrollment.

      • Any court documentation
        Including Custody Order, Protection From Abuse, etc.

      • Child's Immunization records

      • Photo ID of the parent or guardian 

    The following documents are not required; however, they are helpful during enrollment:

      • The name and address of the school your child most recently attended
      • Your child's most recent report card
      • Current special education documents, if applicable

Registration Packets

  • Online Registration



    Create an account in the online registration form system to begin the enrollment process. Select “Create Account” and follow the prompts. If you've used the system previously, log in and select "Add Student."

    You will receive a confirmation email when the online forms are successfully submitted. A registration clerk will then schedule an in-person enrollment appointment with you to complete your child's registration. 



    Paper Enrollment Packet

    Pick up an enrollment packet at your child's school during regular school hours, or print out a PDF copy of the packet from the district website.

    When the printed forms are successfully submitted to your child's school, a registration clerk will then schedule an in-person enrollment appointment with you to complete your child's registration. 


Pre-K Registration

    • Child must be four (4) years of age before September 1

    • Official documentation of age must be presented at registration (birth certificate, baptismal certificate, notarized birth statement)

    • Proof of immunization must be provided

    • Proof of residence must be provided (mortgage, lease or utility bill)

    • One parent/guardian must accompany the child at the time of registration

    • Parent/guardian must present photo identification at the time of registration

Kindergarten Registration

    • Child must be five (5) years of age before September 1.

    • Official documentation of age must be presented at registration (birth certificate, baptismal certificate, notarized birth statement).

    • One parent/guardian must accompany the child at the time of registration.

    • Proof of immunization must be provided

    • Proof of residence must be provided (mortgage, lease or utility bill)

    • Kindergarten students will be interviewed on registration day so parents are asked to bring children to the registration

    • Parent/guardian must present photo identification at the time of registration.
